Who is Dr. Najibul Islam?
With a profound dedication to surgical excellence, Dr. Najibul Islam’s academic journey reflects a relentless pursuit of knowledge and expertise in the field of general and orthopedic surgery. His foundation in medical science began with completing his Secondary School Certificate (SSC) in Science from Government Science College, Dhaka in 2001, followed by his Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in Science from Rifles Public School & College, Dhaka in 2003.
Driven by his passion for surgical innovation, Dr. Najibul earned his MBBS degree from Ibrahim Medical College, Dhaka in 2009, where he developed a strong foundation in medicine, surgery, and gynecology. His exceptional academic performance and clinical exposure during this period laid the groundwork for his future specialization.
To enhance his surgical proficiency, Dr. Najibul pursued a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Surgery from The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, Scotland, in 2018, a prestigious milestone that reflects his commitment to international surgical standards. Recognizing the need for specialized orthopedic expertise, he further completed a Diploma in Orthopedics from Mymensingh Medical College in 2020, gaining in-depth knowledge in musculoskeletal care and trauma management.
The pinnacle of his academic achievements came in 2023, when he attained the Fellowship of the College of Physicians and Surgeons (FCPS) in General Surgery from BCPS, Bangladesh, a highly respected credential in the surgical community. This rigorous and competitive fellowship solidified his expertise in advanced surgical techniques and patient-centered care.
